To be eligible for the 2026 season, swimmers must:
• Be a Western Oaks resident ( defined as someone that lives in a home that pays dues to the Western Oak Property Owners Association and is in good standing with the WOPOA) or apply as a non-resident.
• Be between ages 5-18 years old as of May 1st, 2026.
• Be able to complete one length of freestyle unassisted. Swimmers will have first week of practice to meet requirement. (Swimmers not able to meet team requirement will receive full a refund.)
• Have at least one parent or adult family member volunteer at EVERY Swim meet. Volunteers will be asked to assist for at least the morning shift (8-11am) or afternoon shift (11-2pm) for those swim meets that the swimmer chooses to participate.
